The Project has been designed and implemented by Economía Creativa in the context of the European Year of Cultural Heritage established by the European Commission; it has identified 12 good practices from 12 EU Member States (España, Reino Unido, Portugal, Alemania, Polonia, Suecia, Croacia, Rumanía, Hungría Italia, Grecia y República Checa) on how cultural heritage can be a catalyst of sustainable and inclusive development (Goal 11 Agenda 2030, #Agenda2030 #SDGs), harnessing responsible tourism and entrepreneurship, open innovation and cross-sectoral cooperation enabling synergies with technology, research, social inclusion, among other areas.
The Project also explores how cultural heritage, in all its forms (tangible, intangible, natural, digital) can enhance the intergenerational dialogue, facilitating the social integration of minorities and disable people.
